Welcome to Nudge

These terms govern your use of the Nudge mobile application. By using Nudge, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

Using Nudge

Your account

You need an account to use Nudge. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. If you think someone else has access to your account, let us know immediately.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Nudge.

Acceptable use

Nudge is designed for personal reminder management. Please don't use it to:

• Store or transmit illegal content
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
• Use automated systems to access the service without permission

Your content

You own the reminders and content you create in Nudge. We don't claim any ownership over your data. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.

You are solely responsible for the content of the reminders you create. Nudge is not liable for any actions you take — or fail to take — based on reminders you set. We do not monitor, review, or endorse user-created content, and we are not responsible for reminders that involve illegal, harmful, or otherwise objectionable activities.

The service

What we provide

Nudge is a reminder application that helps you remember tasks and to-dos. We'll do our best to keep the service available and working properly, but we can't guarantee 100% uptime.

Changes to the service

We're always improving Nudge. This means we may add, modify, or remove features over time. If we make changes that significantly affect your use of the app, we'll give you reasonable notice.

Service availability

While we strive for reliability, the service may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We're not liable for any inconvenience caused by temporary unavailability.

Notifications

Nudge uses push notifications to remind you of your tasks. You control notification settings on your device and within the app. We only send reminder notifications — never promotional or marketing messages.

Subscriptions and payments

Free tier

You can create up to 10 nudges for free. After that, a subscription is required to continue creating nudges.

Nudge Pro subscription

Nudge Pro is available as a monthly ($5.99/month) or yearly ($49.99/year) subscription. All subscriptions include a 14-day free trial. If you purchase a subscription:

• Payment is processed through the App Store
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can cancel anytime through your device's subscription settings
• Refunds are handled according to Apple's policies

Limitation of liability

Nudge is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We're not responsible for:

• Missed reminders due to device settings, connectivity issues, or app bugs
• Any consequences of missed reminders or tasks
• Data loss, though we take reasonable precautions to prevent it
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our total liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the past 12 months, if anything.

Termination

You can stop using Nudge and delete your account at any time. We may also terminate or suspend your access if you violate these terms or for other reasons with notice when possible.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. If we make significant changes, we'll notify you in the app. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.

General

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.

These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Nudge regarding the service.
